My nurses here have been amazing!! They are always on time with medication, make every effort to make me comfortable, check on me without me having to call for them, and take tremendous care with my dressings and showers. The food is fantastic, I have never felt so spoiled! Every meal is delicious and packed with the nutrients needed for my body to heal. There has been a slight language barrier with some of the nurses, but that is to be expected as I am traveling from another country. I don’t expect them to know my language! But Google Translate has been fun and they have helped me with my Spanish. The facilities are clean and modern, the views are beautiful and the terrace makes for a fun escape from your room. Enjoyed my stay here at Baja Premium Recovery house.  All my nurses Jasmin, Brissa, Jesus, and Lucero were amazing.  They were so helpful and very attentive.  I loved the view from my 3rd floor bedroom.  Food was amazing big shout out to the chef! Totally recommend them for your recovery needs . It's a very safe facility with locked doors.

It’s been such a great experience all the nurses and staff are super attentive Lina has been the absolute best Recovery has been made extremely easy It’s very clean, secure and everyone is so so nice I have been here for 6 days now and I can’t imagine having to recover without their help I am super grateful Excellent everything ! My wife had a procedure and did her recovery for a week, here. I was able to stay with her, so I saw the care first hand. The facility and staff are amazing. You don't feel 'processed' as one does in the states. Each room is like a small apartment. There are 2 rooms. My wife had a hospital style bed (that she says was rather comfortable) and I had a full size bed. Each room has a patio door and balcony for an amazing view of Tijuana. Yes, it is a beautiful city. You are 2.2 miles from the border. Baja will take you to and from all of your doctor appointments. If you feel up to it, Uber is prominent in the area. In the facility there is an observation deck on the top (4th) floor and a small cafeteria on the ground floor. The patient gets 3 meals a day and 3 snacks as well. There are large smart TVs in each room and one in the living room. There are local channels (in Spanish). There are no downsides to using this facility. It is well worth it. Just note: have a knowledge of Spanish or be good with a translate app. Not all of the nurses are fluent, but they definitely can communicate your needs. 5 stars isn't enough for this place. I stayed here after my mommy makeover — lipo 360, tummy tuck, and BBL — and now that I’m officially 6 weeks post-op, I keep thinking about how wonderful Lina, Vanessa, and Nini were to me. They were truly a Godsend and helped me through some of the hardest moments of recovery. Even though my husband went with me, these women went above and beyond every single day. Vanessa would shower me daily with so much care and patience. Lina made sure I ate, and she absolutely would not take no for an answer. And Nini… omg, at night she was an angel. Her kindness and comfort meant more to me than words can explain. Recovering from surgery is such a vulnerable experience, and having people who genuinely care for you makes all the difference. I’ll never forget the love, compassion, and support they gave me during that time. 💗 I will always wish the best for these women and hope they continue succeeding in their careers. Me quedé aquí después de mi mommy makeover — lipo 360, tummy tuck y BBL — y ahora que oficialmente ya pasaron 6 semanas desde mi cirugía, no dejo de pensar en lo maravillosas que fueron Lina, Vanessa y Nini conmigo. De verdad fueron un regalo de Dios y me ayudaron muchísimo a sobrellevar todo el dolor de mi recuperación. Aunque mi esposo fue conmigo, ellas siempre estuvieron ahí para mí y fueron más allá de lo esperado todos los días. Vanessa me ayudaba a bañarme diariamente con muchísimo cuidado y paciencia. Lina se aseguraba de que comiera y definitivamente no aceptaba un “no” por respuesta. Y Nini… omg, por las noches era un ángel. Su cariño y la tranquilidad que me daba significaron muchísimo para mí. Les deseo lo mejor en sus carreras y que sigan siendo tan hermosas como siempre! Recuperarse de una cirugía es una experiencia muy vulnerable, y tener personas que realmente se preocupan por ti hace toda la diferencia. I really recommend this place, The nurses are wonderful they are on top of your needs; Lina, Bersa, Mimi. Michelle she is wonderful very kind and caring… the driver for the transportation is also wonderful!
